How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
Contact us at tmpo.pb@gmail.com within 7 business days of your confirmed delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo showing the problem
We respond to every inquiry within 24–36 hours.
Misprints & Wrong Items
If your order arrives with a misprint, defect, or incorrect item — we make it right. Your choice: a full reprint or a full refund. No runaround.
Sizing
Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns due to sizing preferences. We encourage you to review the size guide included on each product page before ordering. That said, if something is genuinely off, reach out — we handle edge cases with care and always try to do right by you.
Made to Order — What That Means
TMPØ operates on a print-on-demand model. Think of it like owning our own print machine — your order is made fresh, just for you. This allows us to keep overhead low, minimize waste, and put more focus into the quality of what we make. It also means we can't accept general returns or exchanges for change-of-mind orders.
