3. Products & Orders

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on buyer's remorse or sizing errors where accurate size guide information was available at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Product colors and designs may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and fulfilled.

We use Shopify Payments to process all transactions. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States only. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. TMPØ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Refunds & Disputes
